7  Discuss the possibility of sharing some of the administrative duties among other officers so that should we suddenly lose the services of one officer we can retain a satisfactory degree of continuity. Particularly ER2 (eReturn 2)

8  Limited re-design of our web site.

9  A proposal to offer places on our beginners course to none members at an additional premium.

10 Invite interested members to have their names added to the Honey Map with cautionary notes about the possible legal requirements regarding bottling and labelling.

11 When the Yellow Legged Asian Hornet (YLAH) arrived in France the French government did nothing to control it.   As a result it is now endemic there and spreading to neighbouring countries.   They are now drifting across the channel and coming in with cargoes imported from Europe.

     Rachael will speak on the current situation and the actions being taken in the UK in an attempt to control the YLAH nationally, regionally and locally.  She will speak to us about the use the association's YLAH traps and the bait and how they are to be used.
